All employees regularly undergo quality refreshers to ensure you continue to get the best results time after time.

We believe you never stop learning, so the training programme covers all staff, including supervisors and managers.

Time management, cleaning techniques, in-depth product knowledge and customer care (soft skills) are all taught one to one.

We also strongly believe in mentoring and all new staff are paired with experienced cleaners until we are confident of their ability and have their full understanding of the way we do business.
