Feedback is vital

We believe in closed loop quality control and as such feedback is vital to ensure we are maintaining standards.

Usually on a monthly basis (again you decide the frequency and format) we ask you to complete a simple quality audit. This comprises a simple tick sheet on which we ask you to gauge the quality of your service

We ask you to be very honest and slightly harsh when grading us, but we would rather you exaggerate a concern so we can learn and improve.

If you prefer we are happy to work through this with you at the time of your review. These tick sheets usually for the basis of the monthly meeting and are reviewed on subsequent meeting.
